CEM IV/A (P) 42.5 SR
Sulphate-Resistant Portland Pozzolanic Cement
CEM IV/A (P) 42.5 SR is a sulphate-resistant cement specifically designed for concrete structures exposed to high levels of sulphates in soil or groundwater. It is manufactured by grinding clinker with gypsum to meet the requirements of Egyptian Standard ES 4756-1:2022 and European Standard EN 197-1:2011. Its sulphate resistance is primarily due to its low tri-calcium aluminate (C₃A) content.
